Avoid at all costs

We booked a test drive a few days before and arrived promptly. We waited 15 minutes before someone briefly spoke to us and then disappeared. Another 15 minutes passed so we asked someone else for help. We were told that although the car we had booked to test drive was on their computer system, they couldn’t find it. A wasted afternoon.
