dissapointing service buying motorhome

we are happy with our purchase from Chelston Motorhomes but feel a more efficient sales service would have made the experience more rewarding. Our calls were not always returned and the handover was not very good. The promised loan car didn't materialise so waited around all day while van was got ready for the handover. The handover was not very detailed so we had to call back once home asking about things we weren't told about. Altogether rather disappointing.
