Took Glasshouse Car Sales over a month to transfer a car into my name resulting in my car not being taxed for a period of 8 days and therefore not usable. Provided an incorrect reference number to supposedly tax the car and refused my request for a refund of taxi fares of around £40 paid out during the aforementioned 8 day period
