Perfect car worst customer service

Where to start with Hagley Road Motors has some very good cars but what let's it down is the lies the spout to customers rude abrupt Sean half asleep but friendly useless in all other areas then the other guy Bernard just rude read the reviews this place could be a gem if it wasn't for there useless customer service skills and lies the fact that there is no manager is weird Patrick is the manager he doesn't exist but companies house seem to think that a Albanian lady owns it so something definitely wrong with that.
