Terrible Customer Service

I tried four times to book in my Jaguar F Pace for a service the first time I was told the service department was very busy and would phone back after 3 days there was no response so I tried again this time they did respond but I was on another call I phoned back but nobody answered I tried a third time and again was promised a call back that never materialised The last attempt I got my wife to phone hoping she would have better luck but again she was promised a call back that never happened So I gave up as nearly three weeks had lapsed and my car was now over the recommended mileage for its first service I phoned Lancaster Jaguar Reading and got a great service very efficient and friendly Talk about Chalk and Cheese I hope that the Lancaster Jaguar Slough Branch take note of this complaint and pass it on to their Sales Prevention Manager !!!!!
