Amazing service

We bought a 4 berth tourer from Gareth at DCL Leisure and discovered a fault within 2 weeks of purchase. We informed Gareth of the fault who ,as we live quite a long way from his premises, told us to get the fault repaired locally. After the work was done, I informed Gareth by fone and told him the amount I had paid to the repairer and he transferred the money straight into my account .I tend to be quite cynical about modern tradespeople but have to say that dealing with Gareth has been a pleasure and although we're not planning on changing the caravan anytime soon, when we do ,we'll be travelling to Wales to see what Gareth has in stock.
