disgusting customer service

What a terrible customer service. My friend bought a car from them last week, on the Sunday it broke down and she nearly crashed the car. When she phoned the dealer they told her to take it to her local garage and then phone the warranty people. She said to them that a car shouldn't break down straightaway, and was told 'these things happen' and he even insinuated that her car was bought cheap (£5000) and what should she expect??? Absolutely disgraceful. Do not go to Fenways at any cost
