Don't go here

We came all the way from Ireland for a 2017 Hyundai i40, which we were told by Baylis Vauxhall in Cirencester was in perfect condition. When we got there part of the handle to the passenger side door was missing, which we were told that "it just fell off yesterday" their excuse for not having it fixed was they thought we were coming over later in the day. I went to open the door of the car and the handle came completely off which was something I've only seen in old comedies. Deep scratches on the car to which I was told "well it is 2 years old". The salesman didn't even know or have the car history, so couldn't tell me if the car was previously damaged. Having been told over the phone that car is in Excellent condition this was hugely disappointing after travelling over. They clearly don't care about their customers, our salesman hardly spoke to us and walked off multiple times out of nowhere without informing us. The only reason this is getting one star is the man that came to pick us up from the station was very nice to us, the rest of the experience was dreadful.
