Bought my BMW from Shane at MGP Cars Derby. passed mot the day before I collected. advert stated full service history. later found out there was none. also told has a small puff of blue smoke when start. turns out it fills the street in a morning. 2 days after buying the brake pad warning lights came on and found 2 out of 3 suspension strut bolts missing and hand brake not working. took back and was repaired. car went in to BMW and was told it had 4 buckled wheels suspension strut leaking tyre fitted wrong way round and hand brake not working again. firstly refused to do any repairs. took to another garage and found to have the DPF missing so was illegal to sell. finally agreed to repair some items. wouldn't replace wheels all though dangerous. went in for repair again and had the handbrake adjusted for the 3rd time and suspension strut replaced. now a week after repair the handbrake has failed again and refusing to repair. should never have been sold and should never have passed an mot. service history non existent. £5000 paid for a car that cant be driven.
