Poor management

I have had cars for years from Motorline Toyota Worcester and have been very happy. Things go wrong, I know that. However, When my car went wrong, I just wanted it put right which I think for anyone is a reasonable request. The aggressive nature I received from the general sales manager Darius was surprising. Took it to another Toyota garage and they fixed it without any quibble whatsoever. Needless to say, I am no longer a customer of Motorline
