Poor after sales service

Bought second hand Honda Jazz form Parks Irvine Honda, salesman was great and easy to deal with. Took car home, wasn't happy with steering so contacted the service department to look at it, got it booked in and had to leave car for a day, was told it was wheel alignment and had been adjusted. Next day I felt it was still not balanced between turning right and left, booked in again, one more day, Got it back and was told it was fine and within safety parameters! Still didn't feel right - will get local garage to check this. Next thing - wouldn't start one morning, tried to jump start and no joy. Called green flag and they got it going and told me the battery was almost dead and I should get a new one immediately. Didn't have time to wait to book into Parks so got one locally and got it fitted. When trying to enter radio code got message saying the code was wrong! Next thing - had to go shopping and when I opened the tailgate to put in bags it fell back down and wouldn't stay up. So now I contact Parks Irvine and tell them all these issues, battery cost probably not getting refunded as I didn't go through them - didn't have the option as I couldn't risk the car not starting again. Booked in for tailgate repair and radio code issue, Asked for car back by 1pm. Was in local area so called at 11 to check progress and was told it was on track for 1pm, so decided to go home, 15mins later got cal to say it was ready! Went back to get car and was told the radio code was ok now, code I was given was wrong! The tailgate had been assessed and was covered by warranty - so it took all morning to figure that out! So now I have to take car home again and wait for parts. Got a call this morning to book car in, if I want an appointment were I don't have to wait all day then I have to wait for another 6 days to take car in! Do they think that people have nothing better to do than drive back and forward to get their car fixed? This has been really inconvenient and they are polite on the phone but do not go out of their way to help accommodate my schedule. Also I did not get refunded for battery. I am very unhappy with the way this has been dealt with and all the waiting to fix minor issues. Will definitely not be buying from them again. Would not recommend Parks to anyone.
