Avoid this dealership at all cost

Bright sharp salesman backed by appalling management. General manager at Rybrook Volvo in Chester is rude and deceitful but covers his back by not giving paper trail before you part with money. Volvo only interested in sale. Communication with their customer is non existent when you have a problem, everything is on Rybrook’s terms, call backs don’t happen and when it does not the relevant person calls.
