Horrendous

Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Worfield are dreadful. I must say I felt sorry for Jack, the salesman, who had no say and had to keep reporting to his ‘business manager’. All I wanted to do was buy the car, ended up leaving after they incessantly tried to flog me extras (they kept on and on, literally not taking no for an answer). I just wanted to buy the car, no finance, no extras, and they would not let me. The so-called business manager was hiding away, looked unkempt and was rude when I tried to talk directly to him. Never had an experience like it. You lost yourself a sale. Please improve on your customer service, it is desperately needed. Blimey.
