Paul's is a really reliable and premium service. My family has used Paul's dealership for decades. He's always gone out of his way to sort us out. My mum's bought cars from him for years - every since I remember, in the early 90s. I bought my first proper car from him and it was immaculate: when it developed an unexpected electrical fault, he put me in a courtesy car for the time it took (which turned out to be a few weeks) and sorted it all without charging me a penny, because he felt it was too soon after I bought it. Paul will take you through the faults and knackered parts - he tends to keep the car on the lift and show you the issues, then when he's fixed it he'll show you the parts he's removed. He and his (very long-serving and loyal) staff are a very trustworthy, classy, and friendly bunch. Cannot recommend enough.
