Penalised if don’t want to use the Hp

My mother and I went to look at Griffin. As they had a good deal on pre- registered cars my mother committed to buying one. Initially she decided to take the finance and was told she’d receive at least £4000 part exchange for her car. On returning home I found that a bank loan would be 1.7% cheaper. When my mother returned to the garage to cancel the finance the next day she was told that should she do that her car would only be worth £3700.. Disgusting! It just illustrates the managers attitude and lack of integrity.. The saleswoman was no better saying the tax was included but then suddenly it wasn’t so buy from this garage at your peril!! Would I recommend Evans Halshaw Vauxhall in Worfield- no certainly not!!
