unbelievable the problems we have had, saw the car liked the car bought the car went to pick it up it wasn't ready had not been mot'd as promised had not been valeted as promised. got the car a week later still no mot had to take the car back with a list of faults. 5 weeks they had the car for every time we phoned the mechanic was ill or someone had died, excuse after excuse, after putting pressure on we finally got the car back. please don't believe they do a 60 point check they do the bear minimum. the talk the talk but their service is shocking. we have since had the RAC out to the car because they messed the electrics up (after we had told them what was wrong with the electrics). the suspension was in 2 pieces, it has cost us a small fortune. they sold us a dangerous car, our grandchildren have been in that car. Please avoid this place for your own safety. Trading standards have been contacted about Auto Xchange and are investigating
