Very poor customer service

After getting my fiance sorted so quickly and very easily, it was down to Waterfront Cars, I contacted them and they told my car would be ready the following Tuesday! Wrong I waited an extra 3 days then got it with no parcel shelf or foot well mats so I wasn't happy with that they have now agreed to get that sorted and then on 09/10/19 I got a speeding ticket through the door from when Their guy delivered my car to my house on the 04/10/19, so now have that to deal that and give the dealer's details, overall really not happy wouldn't recommend them at all poor customer service never call you back when asked to, I was chasing them all the time.
