Spent over £80,000 with them - ZERO care

I made the terrible mistake of purchasing two new Camaro V8s from Craig at Ian Allen Motors. When it comes to the sales pitch, Craig is helpful, knowledgable and fast to reply. BUT As soon as you have your cars and have any problems, he ignores calls, messages, emails. When you do manage to get hold of him he promises to help and then disappears into the abyss again...... This is pretty much a Cowboy outfit dressed in a lovely website. How they have the dealership for premium brands is a mystery to me. I dont expect a great deal from dealerships as ive learnt by experience here, but when your spending lifechanging amounts of money, i do want some after sales support. Much much better off to import a Chevy direct from the US, save yourself 20%+ on price and have the same after sales as buying in the UK!
