Excellent customer care experience!

From the moment we started to look around the cars at Titty Ho Motor Company, James made us feel at ease. The car we were interested in was for our daughter; her first car. No question was too simple for him to answer and we were sold. Nothing was too much for him to do for us. It was a little second hand Citroen C2 and we asked to put down a deposit on it. He said he wouldn’t normally do that for such a low priced vehicle but said we were lovely people so he’d hang on to it for us. So we put a deposit down and when we came back and he asked us how much Tax we wanted on it and as we got ready to pay, he sat down at the computer and paid for 6 months tax, just like that! Again, commenting on how lovely we were and thanking us, he handed over the keys and actually put fuel in to get us home to Wellingborough. With such genuine customer care, sincerity and generosity we think YOU are lovely James! Our daughter loves her car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend family and friends to James and the Titty Ho Motoring Company.
