Absolutely shocking!!! After buying a car from Griffin Mill Garage Summit in April I took out the service plan at a set figure monthly, in August I foolishly broke the plastic cover off the wing mirror but as the car was going in for a service I asked them to fix the mirror at the same time, this didn't happen and I was told someone would contact me regarding this. I have since called 6 times and each time I have been promised a call back regarding this which has never taken place, this morning I called once again when the lady I was speaking to took offence at me reiterating my woes she obviously felt that she should not have to deal with my frustration, as she had no intention of helping me I hung up and decided totake my business elsewhere, avoid like the plague.
