Extremely unprofessional

I booked a test drive at RRG Toyota Huddersfield in a new RAV 4. I turned up at the appointed time only to find the car wasn't available that day but no one had the courtesy to contact me to tell me.. I was very annoyed having had a 35 minute drive but the sales man I spoke to was very condescending with inappropriate invasion of personal space but then got quite aggressive when I had the nerve to complain. I have dealt with this dealership on and off for many years but I will not be buying another car from them after this.
