Excellent and a pleasure to deal with.

My experience with Hatfields Volvo in Bury was excellent from the initial reception to the final handover of my new car. We experienced a friendly welcome from the staff (especially Emlyn) who listened to our requirements and offered advice on availability, specifications of the vehicles as well as price and financial options. The actual purchase of the car was straightforward, with a smooth handover, and any questions since then have been dealt with promptly and efficiently. Overall, Hatfields made the purchase of a new car a happy and relaxed experience.
