Customer Service Feedback. Lack of Care
Having been told that delivery of our new car would be approximately 3.5 months, we laid down a £1200.00 deposit. We waited during this period and towards the last month made several phone calls for an update on delivery. We were told that the sales person was busy with a customer but they would get him to call aus back. This happened 4 times. Eventually we were told that delivery would take at least another month. This was unacceptable to us and we were so disappointed in AC Customer care that we cancelled. We have over the years purchased numerous vehicles from Arnold Clark Livingston but never again.
