Friendly helpful staff, well recommended

saw a BMW 420d at the Perrys Peugeot Bolton dealership on Autotrader. Travelled up from South Wales to view the vehicle. met by one of the sales team, a bloke called Vim. No hard sell, very pleasant and took details of myself and the car I wanted to part ex. A couple of days later, I received an e mail from another of the sales team, a chap called rob Hargreaves. He worked hard to get me a deal on part ex and also made sure that the car would be valeted,have fuel in it and arranged for me to take a test drive. We agreed a deal, (although i decided not to part ex in the end), I came up a few days later, test drove the car and agreed the deal. Rob was very thorough in answering all my queries, nothing was too much trouble and he was both fair and honest throughout. Whilst at the dealership I met some other members of the sales team, Dan, Vim and receptionist Lisa. Like Rob they were friendly and made me feel valued as a customer.. I would have no hesitation of recommending Perrys of Bolton and may well deal with them again in the future. Customer service was excellent. Thank you very much.
