Initial contact with Riben Motor Company was okay, Range Rover was described as excellent inside and out, which it wasn't. Dealer agreed to sort a few things out such as service history, scratches etc and it drove well enough so I left a £250 deposit. Alarm bells started ringing when the trader refused to answer his phone, I notified him I would like my deposit returned because no work had been done in the timescale negotiated, and when he did finally get in touch four days later, didn't know the spec of the car he was selling, etc. He has not returned my deposit. Despite losing my deposit I'm thankful I didn't commit any further cash to this individual. The car is still incorrectly advertised. You have been warned!
