Terrible Customer service

Terrible customer service from Burnett Cars, Went to view a Seat Leon on saturday & test drive it, i already have finance in place & was looking to do a part exchange as part of the deal, i have a 64 plate Polo which we Buy any car are offering £5500, they offered me £4200 for my part exchange which is embarrasing... they advised me they would come back to me with an improved offer for my car as i had been offered £5000 from arnold clark... they never even had the courtesy to come back to me. I had a look on their website this morning and the car has been sold to someone else!!! Didnt even let me know they had someone else interested in it! Terrible customer service and wouldnt recommend to anyone, i travelled over 30 miles to see this vehicle as well.
