Didn’t find fault the first time
Simply Saab didn’t find the fault the first time on my Saab 9.3 tid engine the week they had it told it’s ok and had work done that I needed done which cost £400.00 plus vat and other work they said needed to be done which added to my bill which I didn’t mind paying for and took it away on Saturday and found it had low water warning so I went back in and was told by the parts managers there were no one there to look at it so check water level when took header cap of it return to normal level which he said it was ok to take . So use it twice and it over heated on my second time I use it and I spent about 5/5 hours being recovered to my home address phone simply Saab on Monday to be told I had to get car back to then at my own cost which would have been £70.00 pounds came to an speak to owner and he said he would cover costs of recovery so sent it back to simply Saab Bristol only to be charge more money £241.80 pence only to be told that I need a replacement engine which they would fit for £2200 pounds I would not spent money on a engine which said was ok the first time they had my car to be told the engine was no good the second time of them looking at it cost me £1241.90 for a car which not fit to drive or use and is now sitting on my drive I loss over £3241.90 pound for a car which can’t be use so please be careful where you take your car because I don’t want you or anyone else to take a loss like that sorry this review is long many thanks Andrew
