I wish I had the option of not putting a star for Blue Arrow Motor Company! I’m absolutely disgusted at the way a company and manager can treat a willing customer! I went to the garage and was introduced to a lovely man. I noticed a BMW up for sale (repo) up for £4500. I was keen to buy and they said they would MOT and service it for me too. Was very impressed. Gave my details and said could you contact me as they were waiting for the paper work as it was a repo. Had no contact off them until I rang Monday, was told paper work wasn’t ready and hadn't been looked at. I said ok... waited till Tuesday when they told they’d call. Nothing! Rang back and had the same response, was told I’d get a call latest Wednesday at 5pm. Nothing again!!! Rang the manager and he said I should have been spoken to he’ll have a look for the paper work and let me know soon, he didn’t ring me that day either! So after being batted around and told nothing, my Dad ringing them too chasing it!! I was told that they still hadn’t accessed the paper work but I could buy it without and they could try to source it for me. This was the Friday after myself and my Dad ringing. I rang today to see updates and to hopefully test drive to be told the manager has put the price up by £1500!! So after saying I was interested, wanting to put a deposit down to save it and had been told to wait and I’d be contacted I had this! Bearing in mind I had told them I would sell my car in the week and he said that should be fine! So I sold it and now don’t have a car as I was promised it should be ok by Thursday (my day off) to collect!!! I had vague responses off them all week, promises that it will be looked into and I would be contacted and then this!! Absolutely disgusting way to treat an eager customer! I am and will never use this motor company and I completely advise against! They sell you a story and then out of their own choice don’t follow through and up the price upon interest! Not even by a couple hundred... over £1000!! It’s a shame about the managers way of treating customers because the other man is pretty sound. I would definitely avoid unless you want this treatment.
