Extremely poor customer service

I purchased my car back in may from car store borehamwood , I was asked about the additional warranty for a see which I chose not to add. After about 2weeks I had a problem with the engine light coming on and off, I tried to contact the store by phone but kept being transferred around the country. Eventually emailed the person I dealt with who never got back to me until I threatened to complain after 2 weeks stating he would let the customer service manager about the issue and call me another 3weeks went by until I got a call in which I explained I would be on holiday the next day so would have to wait until I came back. When returned tried to get in contact again with no luck. The person I originally dealt with had left and the manager refused to get back to me. I made a complaint on the website and surprisingly the next day she phoned me. Booked my car in. Baring this in mind I now only had 2weeks of warranty left. The car was with them for a week and she phoned me saying the problem had been rectified. I traveled down again (48miles) got my car back to find as soon as turned on the engine light was illuminated. Spoke with the front desk person who spoke to the technician who stated leave it with us again. Another week went passed when they assured me the problem was fixed as they found an electrical problem. Car seemed fine when picked up, 2 days later the same issue arose. Contacted manager again and now am being told that it doesn’t mean it’s the same problem and that my warranty has now ended even though it’s the same problem I had to start with. Absolutely disgusting service throughout the entire time after car was bought. I would recommend not to buy a car from here.
