Mark Pickersgill & Jordan Bell - no help
Having battled with Ocean BMW Falmouth because the car they sold me was faulty, upheld by the Motor Ombudsman, both Mark Pickersgill & Jordan Bell were not interested in helping me out. The display screen could never be fixed despite taking it back to Ocean BMW Falmouth more than 6 times. Please - if you intend to purchase a car from this incompetent garage then think twice, they are just not interested once the car leaves the garage, mine faulted the day I drove it away after buying it and after 18 months they refused to take the car back despite the MO upholding my complaint, I have received NO apology, NO compensation, NO sympathy, NO good will gesture, NO contact from them (I have had to chase them time after time) - absolutely NOTHING from them, I am totally disgusted and would never go anywhere near the place ever again. I dealt with Jordan Bell and Mark Pickersgill - both have complete disregard for me and my situation, both have NO customer care skills whatsoever - I hope they both hold their heads in shame at the way I have been treated. For me to have to write this review says a lot, I rarely complain, I served with HM Forces for this country, I certainly didn't deserve to be tossed to one side like garbage.
