Bad car bad service

Brought a car from online autos. The car had many faults including major head gasket failure. Took the car back after 3 weeks and asked for a refund, under the 30 day money back guarantee. Andy McCoy said no. I’m now taking Andy McCoy to court. The car and customer service is the worst I have ever encountered.
