Worst of the Worst

This man from E Cars runs limited liability car dealerships selling inferior and often unroadworthy cars. Every several years he declares himself bankrupt leaving creditors and customers in the lurch. He continues trading immediately because he's already set up yet another Ltd company and cannot be held personally liable for his debts. It is surprising that HMRC haven't investigated him with a view to bringing criminal proceedings against him. Trading Standards are aware of Mr Smith and his activities, but are almost powerless to do anything about it because..................he declares his Ltd company bankrupt (with no personal liability) and starts again under a new Ltd company name that he will have registered with Companies House in advance.
