Shocking customer service

Had my car from Robins & Day Peugeot in Derby just over a year. Very pleased with the car itself. However, I still have no service book and after numerous calls I’ve given up. Very keen on taking my money for the car. Not so keen on the aftercare. On my 4th car from robins and day derby. I will not be using again
