Worst Customer Service ever experience.
My advice DO NOT GIVE STOKE SEAT YOUR CUSTOM! BY far the WORST ‘CUSTOMER SERVICE’ EXPERIENCE I have ever had. Their FAILURE TO FULFILL MY ORDER OVER A SIX AND A HALF MONTH PERIOD caused me considerable inconvenience and additional expense for which they REFUSED TO COMPENSATE me. My initial order with them was on 9th December 2018 and I was given a delivery time of before Christmas. Having failed to achieve this delivery my requests for information/updates were met with RESPONSE TIMES OF 21 DAYS, 29 DAYS and 93DAYS respectively (some of the information contained in the replies has since proved to be inaccurate). They tried to push me towards a different colour choice but at no time was it suggested that my original choice was unavailable. In fact I was advised that it would just take a little longer. It turns out that THEY FAILED TO ORDER THE CORRECT COLOUR IN DECEMBER and on the 24th June 2019 they informed me that the model I required was no longer available from the factory. 198 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL agreement when the model was available THEY CANCELLED THE AGREEMENT. The model I want is again being produced by Seat and they suggested that I renegotiate a deal. Needless to say I declined.
