Mixed experience

Joseph Sutton Motor Company were courteous and the car works well. However, I felt let down for the following reason: I purchased the car online and when I went to collect it, the first thing I noticed was the overpowering smell of air freshener. It dawned on me shortly after, that this was to mask the smell of cigarettes as the car smells like an ashtray. I felt the dealer should have mentioned this, in fairness beforehand. As the smell of cigarette smoke makes me feel ill, I cannot drive with the windows closed now. This issue will doubtlessly negatively impact the value of the car as well.
