Terrible after service

Very poor transaction. Brought car that had just been MOT'd only it broke down 3 times on me in the space of the first week. Recommended by RAC (who by this point we were on first name terms with) to reject the vehicle as is my right in the first month of purchase. Car dealer collected the car but wrongly thought he was entitled by law to 1 chance to fix it and is now refusing to refund the car finance company and has been dragging on over a month now. Not a pleasant dealer to buy from in terms of post sales customer service. Dealerships like Marton Car Sales are the reason why second hand car dealers have a bad reputation.
