I recently bought a car off R & W Cars , there was a knocking noise, the mechanic disagreed and said it was nothing to worry about. less than a week later both bottom ball joints had gone and one side of the suspension broke and this resulted in a tyre wearing out down to the wire making it lethal. I called the garage and spoke to the south African salesman who told me it's not my problem deal with the warranty company. I did this and had my car repaired at a cost to me of £425 as ball joints where not covered . I then spoke to the salesman again who 'promised' to get some of my money back . he is now denying this and will not return my calls. I WOULD KEEP WELL CLEAR OF THIS GARAGE ESPECIALLY THE SOUTH AFRICAN SALESMAN WHO LIED TO MY FACE. A PROMISE IN MY EYES IS A GENTLEMAN'S AGREEMENT. HE IS DISHONEST THEY ALSO SLAGGED OFF THE GARAGE WHO REPAIRED MY CAR SAYING THEY HAVE EXAGGERATED THE FAULTS TO MAKE MONEY HE IS TRYING TO TAKE THE BLAME OFF HIS FAILURES .
