Car Care Ealing don't care customers!

I bought a car from this dealership in 2019. I collected the car and on the way home I heard a noise when driving at relatively high speeds which you can't hear when you test drive the car on the route they show you. As it was out of business hours I called them the next day morning, described the noise but the director who is called Peter wasn't interested in the case and refused to help. So I had to take the time to show the car a few garages to understand the reason of the noise. Based on what garages say I decided to reject the car. I sent the letter to car care. They were far away from the customer care promise they made (by saying we are not running away we are established business etc.) during the sale even though I legally had the right to reject. After some letters sent between us, I called them and wanted to see if they are willing to investigate the problem and find a solution. They asked me to bring the car. Peter drove some miles and he heard the noise but refused to investigate the reason. They also threatened me not to damage their reputation in one of their letters. They do bodywork as well. Not sure if the poor painting I later realised was made by them but would not be surprised if that's the case. They provided a 3 month warranty with a minimum cover; to cover themselves not the consumer! I advise consumers to stay away from Car Care Ealing if they care about their costumer care!
