Terrible after service

Bought a corsa at the end of February from the arnold clark west Calder garage and the customer service from them was absolutely terrible. The car when we picked it up had a broken windscreen which they failed to tell us before we bought the car. They told us that a replacement would be sent to our local garage at the beginning of the following week however it took them 3 weeks to get the replacement to us. The car then went onto have engine problems and fuel problems and the garage just passed the responsibility onto the local garage to us. Couple months into owning the car and the handbrake failed causing my car to roll down the drive and crash into my neighbours car damaging both vehicles and costing me £240 to fix my bumper. When the garage was told of this they said for us to book it into the garage to check for a fault and if there was one to let them know of it. When we told west Calder that there was a fault they responded with a customer service number and since then have ignored any form of communication with us. Would not suggest buying a car from them even if they say they are known for their customer service like they said with us.
