Stay away from them

I bought the car under 1 year ago from Middlesex Cars, first problem 1 week after bought the car battery flat we call them and they change it, second problem we’ve got noisy under the car while we drive so we call them they said bring to our garage so we bring to them to check, after nearly 2 hours we waiting to them check and they said they can’t found anything even they took the video so ok then, but the noisy start again when we drove back home is annoying me so I take the car to National tyres garage and they check said that’s joint ball have to change, I’m confuse why in Middlesex garage can’t find or hear anything but why in National tyres can found it that’s questioning me? So I call my car finance and they arrange someone to do inspections to my car, so when the gentleman come to do inspections he found out yes is joint ball have to change so who lying in here then and the gentleman also taking some pict to prove and third problem is thanks god the gentleman while he do the inspections he found out our MOT already expired last month, I’m shock because the lady in Middlesex garage when we bought the car we asked her about MOT is one year right and she said yes also this morning I spoke to her ask again she said yes but she said to me to call back at 1 pm so I call back one gentleman let said his the owner and he doesn’t even have good customer service, first time when we come take the car he seems nice but after the car with us and problems with the car start his 100% change his attitude a bit rude. So back to the owner he said to me we don’t do MOT for 1 year only 3 months that’s by the law everywhere you go to car dealer always give 3 months maximum, is that true? Hope my car finance and inspections team will sorted with this car dealer because we already fed up with them and how they threat us, they just thinking about money nothing else.
