Not enough knowledge of the goods

Though the staff at Abbey Court Car Sales were friendly, I found their knowledge lacking. I found a car on eBay which would be ideal for work as it stated in the ad that it had heated seats but when I got it home there wasn't any. I was also told by the owner that there was no second key but one was given to me just before I left. Won't use them again as the place seemed too amateurish.
