Arrived at Inchcape Jaguar in Norwich with no fixed idea of what we wanted. Blake Jarvis was most helpful, understanding and polite, arranging test drives and giving useful advice. When we had made our choice of a new E Pace he guided us through the purchase process with patience and understanding of our lack of IT expertise.
