Rubbish dealer - no honour

We purchased a used vehicle from Kingsmill Car Centre which went wrong from day 2. As we live in Milton Keynes and the vehicle was not safe to drive back to Nottingham we contacted the person whom advised us he owned the company and he told us as we'd paid extra for an extended warranty to contact the warranty company. What BEN HEMSTOCK failed to tell us is he'd taken our money and NEVER registered the warranty!! Cut a long story short BEN HEMSTOCK promised he'd bring a flat bed and pick the car up - HE NEVER DID!! The AA tried to mediate as things got so bad but despite our rights under consumer rights he refused exchange, replacement or refund. The AA withdrew their support from this bunch of charlatans. They're aware we can't afford to take them to court and we also ended up with extra costs. If I get the money together before the 3 years is up I WILL sue them. Please don't EVER use this place
