Poor afterservice

Bought a Vauxhall insignia from Too Good To Auction Plymouth 6 weeks ago,was going over the car prior to a trip to Spain and on checking the wheelnuts found the device for undoing the locking wheelnuts which was in the glove compartment didn't fit.I took the car to my local Vauxhall dealership and they confirmed the device was indeed the wrong one. They told me they could not remove the locking nuts, but send to a nearby tyre specialist who removed the said nuts at a cost of £47.28.I then returned to the Vauxhall dealership who supplied me with 4 normal nuts to replace the by now damaged locking nuts at a cost of £9.94.On returning home I phoned "Too Good to Auction" in Plymouth and spoke to the person who had sold me the car to inform him of the situation his name was Lee,I said I had all the receipts for the work and asked for a refund of my costs, this was refused along with excuses as to why it couldn't have happened as the had the wheels off to check the brakes prior to me picking up the car.The car came with a 3 month warranty although the problem I had had nothing to do with the warranty.I am perfectly happy with the car so far,but not with their aftersales service.
