A good dealer

This was a good experience. The site is spacious and spotlessly clean and is the only used car site I’ve ever seen which could possibly be called attractive. The business is family run and fronted by father and daughter who are courteous and professional. The car was very well presented with good solid provenance. All my questions were answered. The price was fair. Buying was a simple transparent process and a bottle of wine was a nice touch when we went to pick the car up. Full marks, but in my view you only really know how good a dealer is when something goes wrong. In this case the multipoint check had missed a minor problem (also nearly missed by a specialist when I took it for a diagnostic) but 1 car company fixed it without any quibbling. Full marks. We’ve covered nearly 5k since buying and the car continues to perform flawlessly. All in all the 1 Car Company is as far from the tattooed-bloke-with-savage-alsatian-flogging-ringers-from-under-the-arches as you can get! Would I buy from them again? If they had a car I wanted, yes, even though they are 100 miles from where I live.
