POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO CAR

Would not recommend Stratstone Mayfair for the following: 1. They took a deposit and claimed they had placed my order for my new car 2. The car never materialised after chasing and then told there was an issue with the order after 3 months of having my money and me thinking the order was placed and the car was on its way. 3. But after calling and finding out about the issue I was told to get my car I would have to wait another couple of months 4. Asked for their complaints procedure 3 Times in writing - Never Materialised 5. I finally demanded my deposit back and compensation, got my money then they went quiet and nothing happened 6. Wrote a complaint to a manager within Stratstone and now months later nothing. Not even an acknowledgement I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION AND TO NOT GET A CAR FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS.
