Disappointed

We part exchanged our car at Roger Hotchkiss Car Sales. 12 weeks later we still had not received any documentation of being new owners. We were expect this to be all completed as they advised that they will send off all documentation. Today we received a speeding fine for the car we part exchanged back in November 2018. Seems they are consistent with failing to complete and send off paper work associated with car sales.
