Firstly if I was able to I'd give 0 stars to this diabolical company. I visited a few weeks ago to purchase a car after viewing the ad for a certain vehicle. I spoke with one of the gentlemen who work there and they described the car as fine and good bodywork. It was late at night when I went to view the car as I was coming straight from work to view the vehicle which is about 2 hours away. We weren't able to do a test drive due to them not having insurance at night. The CAR WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. Within 30 minutes of driving the under tray became loose and started rattling very loudly. The handbrake warning light also came on. I have tried to return the vehicle as it was not as described. They have told me they wont accept the return as it is company policy and to take them to court. I do not have the time to do as I am working. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT USE CAR CAPITAL LONDON.
