The best service I’ve ever had

I’ve very recently (24th August) taken delivery of a Model X from R Symons. I rarely do reviews because I expect good service as standard, however these guys completely exceeded my expectations. It was best experience I’ve ever had buying anything let alone a car. They were honest, straight to the point however the best of all they did what they say they would, when they said they would do it, they were flexible, reasonable and transparent. I wanted modifications and upgrades they handled everything for me making my experience worry and stress free. I have absolutely no doubt my next Tesla will be from these guys, well worth the 500 mile round trip. Take a bow Si and Richard. See you next time.
