Here are some bullet points about my recent dreadful experience with Arnold Clark Rutherglen: - Unprofessional. Staff member mentioned several times about the commission/bonus he was making from my purchase. Focused on getting the deal through 'before month end'. - Unethical. Staff member asked my girlfriend to forge my signature on documents when I was unavailable. - Incompetent. We were asked to revisit the showroom to sign paperwork which was forgotten. - Inattentive. Spent almost 2 hours in the showroom to sign paperwork which would only take 10-15 mins. We were asked to wait during our pre-booked appointment so other 'new' customers could be serviced. Stay away.
